International Applicants

All documents (including funding documentation) should be submitted electronically through the application portal. Funding documentation does not need to be uploaded unless an admission offer is made.

If admitted, International students must provide evidence of financial support for the duration of the program.

Please see the University of Illinois Graduate College's website for more detailed admission information for international applicants. Minimum admission requirements are provided by our Graduate College based on the country of origin here.

Applications will open for Fall admission review on November 1st. Only completed applications will be reviewed and admission decisions will be granted on a rolling basis. Please refer to the Application Process and Timeline page for details on application review dates. Deadline to apply is April 15th at 11:00 PM CST and final decisions will be made by May 15th.
